The Aam Aadmi Party or AAP says the Bharatiya Janata Party or BJP is trying to hurt Arvind Kejriwal because they can’t beat him fairly. They say someone threw stones at Kejriwal’s car while he was campaigning. AAP claims that one of the people involved in the attack is often seen with Parvesh Verma a BJP candidate running against Kejriwal. This makes AAP believe the BJP is deliberately targeting Kejriwal.
AAP made these accusations on Sunday after the car attack the night before. They’re saying the situation is getting worse and that the BJP is using violence and fear because they can’t compete with Kejriwal politically. AAP leaders believe this wasn’t random it was part of a plan by the BJP to harm Kejriwal.
The AAP is saying that because one of the attackers has a connection with Parvesh Verma the BJP is directly involved in this attempt to hurt and scare Kejriwal. AAP has not given any real proof yet and the BJP hasn’t responded. But AAP is saying the attack shows the BJP is desperate and wants to get rid of Kejriwal.
