Jaunpur police made a significant arrest on Sunday, taking three individuals into custody for carrying illegal weapons. Acting on a tip, Khuthan police intercepted the suspects early in the morning, around 4 a.m. The three men, identified as Prince Yadav, Avnish Yadav, and Anuj Kashyap, were stopped near Laxmi Shankar Mod, close to Loniya Patti.
Police officers discovered a collection of illegal firearms after searching the suspects. The weapons included two locally made pistols and one handgun. At the time of their arrest, the three men were traveling on motorcycles. All three suspects are residents of different villages within the Khuthan police station area, with Prince Yadav residing in Kapsia, Avnish Yadav from Khobharia, and Anuj Kashyap from Bandhanpur.
