Jamshedpur: Following a dispute, 30-year-old Jagdeep Singh Alias Golu, a resident of Zone No. 7, was beaten to death outside the JPS School, New Baridih, in the vicinity of the Sidgora Police Station. The accused fled the scene after committing the incident. Here, irate locals caused a commotion over the accused’s arrest. People who were standing on the ground vandalised the courier.
Local People Also Surrounded Sidgora Police Station. Taking Action, The Police Took The Family Members Of The Accused With Them For Questioning. Jagdeep Was A Contract Worker In A Tinplate Company. He Used To Work As A Vehicle Driver In The Company.
Family members informed them that Jagdeep was scheduled to drop off his partner Vicky at her Kalubagan home on Thursday. In the meantime, he got into a fight with Karma, Nande, and Rohit of Basti while travelling. Nonetheless, the locals immediately reconciled the two. A group of fifteen to twenty-five youths stopped Jagdeep on his way back after dropping Vicky off at her house and began beating him.
Everybody Had A Bat And A Hockey Stick. Everyone fled the scene after the fight. While being treated at Tinplate Hospital by locals, Jagdeep passed away. The matter is currently being investigated by police.
