The 21-Point Demands Contain “Removal Of Four Labour Codes, Minimum Wage Of Rs. 26,000 Per Month, Old Pension Scheme Implementation, Legal And Social Security For Contract, Informal And Unorganised Sector Workers And Guaranteeing Equal Compensation For Equal Work.” Put an end to the privatisation of government agencies and public enterprises; immediately fill sanctioned positions; ensure employment creation and the Urban Employment Guarantee Act; provide 200 days of work annually under the MNREGA scheme; pay Rs. 600 per day; Ensuring a loan waiver and old age pension for farmers, strictly enforcing the Forest Rights Act, implementing a minimum support price, lowering the price of essential commodities by taking effective measures like lowering taxes and duties, etc. are some examples of the measures that need to be taken in order to provide adequate subsidies for seeds, fertilisers, and electricity.
