Jamshedpur: On December 17, Student Leader Amar Tiwari filed a complaint with the PF Department on the PF scam involving the Kolhan University-run outsourcing agency Superstar Security Private Limited. It was stated that Kolhan University was being defrauded of the PF amount and that the money had not been deposited. This scam involves thousands of dollars. The said agency deposited two months’ worth of paid time off into an employee’s account on December 27 by claiming there was a backlog in pay and then responded to the PF department, claiming that currently 200 employees must deposit money in order to fool the department and save themselves. For the past two years, this agency has operated as an outsourced agency under two different names.
The information indicates that just 26 days’ worth of paid vacation time (PF) is being collected from certain employees who report working 35 to 40 days per month, while 35 to 40 days’ worth of paid time off is being collected from Kolhan University. Additionally, The Said Employee Receives Less Money in the Form of Overtime (OT) Than The Minimum Wage. The agency is involved in two scams: the minimum wage scam and the PF scam. The agency is handling both scams concurrently. However, if the PF is only required to be deposited for a 26-day period, the agency in question shouldn’t demand that the PF amount be added to the overtime money in the bill from Kolhan University. Required. Kolhan University put out a call for bids for personnel for the upcoming fiscal year just a few days ago. In his email to the vice chancellor, Amar Tiwari demanded that the agency be blacklisted and that all payments be stopped immediately, starting with an investigation into the allegations made against it. There are still a lot of secrets that have not yet been disclosed.
