The court has further stated that there is no requirement to provide tangible evidence in such a case when it is already on file. For your information, the husband was ordered to give the wife maintenance of Rs 5,000 per month by the Ranchi Family Court during a hearing on a dispute case. Additionally, husband Ram Kumar Ravi had filed a High Court challenge against this Family Court ruling.

In addition, the court denied his petition while lowering his maintenance payment from Rs 5,000 to Rs 3,000 each month. In reality, the spouse claims that her husband was hired by the government under the disabled reservation category. The husband abandoned her after this.
