January 31, 2019 in Ranchi, : On Wednesday, a group of ED officers showed up at Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren’s home to question him about a money laundering case related to a purported land scam.

Tuesday night, late into the night, at Soren’s Ranchi home, JMM MP Mahua Maji reported that Hemant Soren stated at the discussion that he is prepared to face

The Jharkhand Chief Minister could not be found, according to ED officers who visited Soren’s home in the nation’s capital on Monday night to question him about an alleged land scam case.
According to sources, Soren received a new summons from the ED requesting that he be available for questioning on January 29 or 31, failing which the agency would question him directly. The ED has sent the Chief Minister of Jharkhand eight summonses in a row.
The Ranchi home of the Chief Minister was heavily guarded by police.

Notably, sources inside the national agency stated on Tuesday that the Enforcement Directorate had confiscated two automobiles and Rs 36 lakh in cash following searches at the home of Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren.
Workers for the Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) assembled at Morabadi Ground to protest the ED’s activities in the meantime.
The labourers had gathered in big groups and were singing “Hemant Soren Zindabad” nonstop.
The JMM employees want to demonstrate against the ED’s actions against the chief minister of Jharkhand by marching to Raj Bhavan.

JMM’s Ranchi District President, Mustaque Alam, told ANI, “It doesn’t look like the Bharatiya Janata Party’s plot is going to stop. What is the question that needs to be answered as CM Hemant Soren responded to ED on January 20? Hemant Soren will undoubtedly respond to their inquiries today, but we employees are still concerned that the BJP is still plotting and that some of these individuals may attempt to instigate trouble while acting on its orders.”

“The Chief Minister was the recipient of a Rs. 11,000 prize from the public. Had I been forced to keep it, I would have done so for Rs 11 crore. Their mindset is small-minded. We are currently assembling in Morabadi Ground, and we will soon be moving in the direction of the Governor House,” he continued.
Mahua Maji, a JMM MP, charged that the centre was trying to topple the government by utilising the ED and the CBI.
It is evident that the Central Government and the BJP are hatched a plot to overthrow and disrupt governments in states where the BJP is not in power and install its own administration. Thus, the party is ready to confront and dismantle any conspiracy. However, since every MLA in the alliance is unified, no such circumstance will occur. It has been announced that Hemant Soren will serve as the CM. The media has been reporting about Kalpana Soren. stated Mahua Maji.
