A 62-year-old man in Aligarh India was tricked by a woman running a marriage service. She first had him talk to another woman on the phone who was pretending to be interested. Then she started talking to him herself making up stories about her sister being hurt.
She then asked the man for money for her sister’s fake medical bills including medicine and surgery. He says he sent her 110000 rupees because of her pressure. After she got the money she turned off her phone and stopped talking to him.
The man has now gone to the police station in Aligarh and made a report. The police are now looking into the case to find the people who did this and hopefully bring them to justice.
