A man named Sheikh Nasru from Bihar was arrested in Bengaluru. Police say he hurt three cows really badly in Chamrajpete. He’s accused of being drunk and hurting their legs and udders. The cows’ owner found them hurt early Sunday morning.
The owner has eight cows total he keeps some near his house and others at a temple. He went to milk them when a neighbor told him they were hurt. The police are trying to figure out why he did this and how he hurt the cows.
Sheikh Nasru’s arrest is part of the ongoing case. Now the police will handle things through the courts. People are worried about the safety of animals and think we need more rules to stop this kind of thing.
