Uttar Pradesh Officer Investigated for Alleged Rel

A formal complaint has been filed against Anuj Kumar Chaudhary a circle officer in Sambhal Uttar Pradesh. Amitabh Thakur the head of Azad Adhikar Sena made the complaint to the Director General of Police. Thakur claims Chaudhary broke uniform rules and the Code of Conduct by taking part in religious events while working. There’s a video circulating online from earlier this month that seems to show Chaudhary at these events which is a key piece of the complaint.

The complaint from Thakur focuses on Chaudhary’s actions as a violation of proper rules. He says that Chaudhary’s participation in religious gatherings is not acceptable for a police officer on duty. The main focus of the investigation is to check if these claims are true and whether Chaudhary did not follow the rules expected of a police officer in Uttar Pradesh.

The investigation will be looking at exactly how involved Chaudhary was in those religious events and if that conflicts with his job. They will also look closely at the uniform rules and Code of Conduct that he’s accused of breaking. The results of this investigation will decide if any further action needs to be taken against Chaudhary.
