This Monday a Delhi court had a hearing in the 1984 anti-Sikh riots case involving Congress leader Jagdish Tytler The judge held a short session and then set the next hearing for January 28th Tytler was there in court this case is about the deaths of three Sikhs at Gurdwara Pul Bangash in Delhi during the riots.
The court recently finished taking the statement from Lakhvinder Kaur she is the widow of Badal Singh who was killed at the Gurdwara on November 12 2024 Previously the court charged Tytler with murder and other related charges because of what happened at the Gurdwara.
The legal process continues and the court is listening to the arguments from both sides this case has been going on for a while The next hearing is set for later in January The main focus is on what happened during the 1984 anti-Sikh riots and Jagdish Tytler’s possible role in the violence at Gurdwara Pul Bangash.
