On December 8th Sheikh Tajuddin was attacked by a group of people in Sampra village near the Aditya Pur police station in Saraikela district. He was hurt pretty badly and had to go to Ranchi for medical help but sadly he died while he was getting treatment. This made the Jharkhand Minorities Commission pay attention to what happened.
After Tajuddin passed the commission’s chairman Hidayatullah Khan and vice-chairman Shamsher Alam went to Tajuddin’s home in Taj Nagar. They brought along MLA Savita Mahto and some government people like the Chandil SDO and the police officers from Chandil and Kapali. They visited the home to talk to Tajuddin’s son to find out more about the attack.
The team asked Tajuddin’s son when the attack took place how it happened and if the police helped out. They wanted to know all the details of the attack to understand what happened and if everything was handled correctly. They were looking into how the attack happened and if any help was missing.
