Maharashtra's Anti-Terrorism Squad arrested Shivaji Rathod from Solapur at Nagpur railway station for planting a fake bomb-like device in Pune's Usha Kiran Hospital. The financially distressed man created the device using low-cost materials to extort money for his treatment. Police traced him through a small UPI transaction.
