JNU Cuts PhD Seats for SC, ST and Disabled Candidates; CPI(M) MP Calls it Social Justice Violation

JNU allocated 38 ST seats, 103 SC seats, and 17 PwBD seats. Together, 15, 4, and 19 seats are missing from the mandated quotas.
