Dubai Crown Prince Launches Initiative to Train Yo

Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed started the second round of the “Muezzin Al Freij” project on Sunday January 12th. It’s a plan to show how families can help teach kids about their national identity and Islamic values. They want to get more mosques involved by 50 percent and include more kids aged 6 to 14. The Emirates News Agency (WAM) reported this news.

The “Muezzin Al Freij” project is about training kids to become muezzins people who call Muslims to prayer. The head of Islamic Affairs in Dubai Ahmed Darwish Al Muhairi said they want to guide young people. Last time 120 kids from Dubai mosques took part. This time they want to build on that and help kids feel connected to their religious heritage.

They shared details about the project’s goals the age group they are trying to reach and how many more mosques they hope will join. The project shows that Dubai wants to teach Islamic values to young people.
