The United States of America and Britain on Saturday struck dozens of targets in Yemen in response to repeated attacks on sea vessels by Iran-backed Houthi rebels, using air and surface-to-surface missiles which includes F-18 fighter jets. America has attacked more than 30 targets in 13 places. A joint statement on Saturday said the US and Britain carried out the attack with the support of several other countries. The statement issued by the US, Britain, Australia, Bahrain, Canada, Denmark, Netherlands and New Zealand said, ‘Today’s attack targeted Houthi weapons storage facilities, missile systems, launchers, air defense systems and radar sites. to be done.’
The Houthis said in a statement that US and British aircraft attacked several provinces including Yemen’s capital Sanaa.
America’s assault for the second day in a row.
This is America’s second major attack in the Gulf in two consecutive days. The American base in Jordan was attacked last week. Three American soldiers died in this attack.
