Deoghar Theft: Teacher’s Home Burglarized, Jewelry & Laptop Stolen

A Deoghar teacher recently became the victim of a home robbery while he was out of town. Thieves broke into his locked house and stole cash, jewelry, a laptop, and other valuable items. The incident happened in the Raut Nagar neighborhood, which falls under the Deoghar Nagar police station area.

Ram Kumar Yadav, the teacher, is originally from Banka district in Bihar. He reported the crime to the Nagar police station, filing a case against unknown suspects. The theft occurred while Yadav was visiting his village, leaving his home unattended.

According to the police report, Yadav locked his house in Raut Nagar before leaving on the night of February 2nd. While he was away, the thieves broke the lock on the main gate to get inside. After entering the property, they broke open the lock on the closet inside the house.

From inside the closet, the thieves took cash, jewelry, and a laptop. Police are still working to determine the exact amount of cash stolen and the total value of the missing jewelry and laptop. The investigation is ongoing as authorities try to identify the people responsible for the crime.

In his statement to the police, Yadav explained how the thieves broke through the main gate to gain access to his property. Currently, the authorities are actively investigating the theft and working hard to find the criminals. This event serves as a reminder for homeowners to take security measures and stay alert in order to prevent similar crimes.
