District Commissioner Madhavi Mishra recently held a meeting to discuss how to best implement the Pradhan Mantri Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana, also known as the Surya Ghar scheme. For a two-kilowatt system, the subsidy is ₹60,000. And for systems of three kilowatts or more, the subsidy goes up to ₹78,000.
