Hazaribagh: In this regard, the station in-charge issued a press release stating that a white colored Scorpio without a number plate was seen approaching the check post. When the policemen deployed there signaled to stop the vehicle, the people sitting in the vehicle started running away, out of which two people were chased and caught by the police. When asked for the vehicle’s papers, both of them started evading.
On being questioned strictly, both of them told that this Scorpio has been stolen from Garhwa police station area. Along with this, both of them told the police about two more stolen vehicles without number plates coming from behind, one car and a white colored Bolero. On the identification of both, the police arrested two other men with both the vehicles coming from behind and sent them to jail.
In this case, Ashraf Ali alias Pappu Khan, Police Station Akbarpur, District Rohtas Bihar, Md. Shahid Khan, Police Station Sherghati, District Gaya Bihar, Raj Khan, Police Station Akbarpur, District Rohtas Bihar and Md. Imran Khan, Police Station Mohanpur, District Gaya Bihar have been arrested and a case has been registered and sent to jail.
