Members of Hindu Jagran Manch staged a protest at Sakchi Roundabout in Jamshedpur against the actions of Mamata Banerjee’s government in West Bengal. The members of right-wing organisations protested by raising slogans against Mamata Banerjee and burned an effigy of Mamata Banerjee.
Hindu leaders in Jamshedpur, led by Hindu Jagran Manch District President Balbir Mandal, set fire to a statue to express their disapproval of the West Bengal government’s policy. Members of Hindu Jagran Manch has claimed that Mamata Banerjee’s action is an attack on hindu community and that the West Bengal government is targeting the Hindus in Sandeshkhali.
According to the news, Sandeshkhali councillor, Shahjahan Shaikh and his team have tortured women and illegally captured their lands.
