Ranchi: At least four people were crushed to death after being hit by an express train outside Gamariah station in Jharkhand’s Seraikela-Kharswan district on Thursday evening. They were all hit by Kalinga Utkal Express in Gamharia, Jamshedpur while trying to cross the railway tracks.
The victims were all residents of a slum near the place of occurrence, reported news agency PTI. District and local railway administration officials rushed to the spot following the incident.
