Money for 60% of the scheme will be available in the 2023–2024 fiscal year, and 40% in the 2024–2025 fiscal year. The work completed by the Department of Road Construction is in addition to that done by the MLA Fund, the Department of Urban Development Fund, and District Planning Fund.

In order for the construction of these roads to begin prior to the announcement of the Lok Sabha elections and for 60% of the funds approved by the state government to be released in the current fiscal year, which ends on March 31, Shri Rai has asked the executive engineer of the road construction department to publish the tender for these works as soon as possible. It ought to be used by March. Shri Rai made a request to the Deputy Commissioner of Jamshedpur stating that he was still awaiting administrative approval for several months for dozens of schemes that were to be implemented in the Jamshedpur East Assembly Constituency using funds from the Urban Development Department. In order for work on these schemes to begin, they should grant their administrative approval as soon as possible. Furthermore to This, He has instructed the Jamshedpur Axis Deputy Municipal Commissioner (JNAC) to begin work on the development works whose tender has already been completed, and to begin work on the two Urban Development Department approved schemes that have not yet begun work in 2020. If it hasn’t been completed, the department needs to get to work on them right away. According to Shri Rai, there is a loss of public interest when plans are executed slowly or at any stage. The district officials should work quickly, keeping this in mind.
