An XLRI Alumnus Heads Global HR Projects at a Multinational Corporation
Mr. Ashok Ramachandran, an XLRI Jamshedpur alumnus, has joined Aditya Birla Group as its new Director of HR, a major advancement in his 34-year illustrious career in human resources and leadership.
Mr. Ashok Ramachandran, a distinguished XLRI Jamshedpur graduate of PMIR Batch 1987–1989, was recently named Director of HR at Aditya Birla Group.
His appointment is a testament to his unwavering commitment to excellence in leadership and human resources.
Mr. Ramachandran brings a wealth of HR experience to the table, having worked in the field for more than 34 years.
Among the prominent roles he has held include Senior Vice President, Human Resources at Tata AIA Life Insurance and Director, Human Resources at Vodafone.
His varied experience is further highlighted by his Vice President position at GE Money.
Interestingly, he started his career in HR at Asian Paints in 1989 and worked his way up to become the production manager of the Ankleshwar facility.
