The Electricity Department conducted a large-scale operation against electricity theft and defaulters in Jamshedpur on Tuesday, 23-01-2024. This campaign was carried out in Jamshedpur’s four divisions. Under Shravan Kumar’s orders, the operation raided 531 homes in total. Sharavan Kumar is the General Manager in a department of Jharkhand bijli vibhag ltd.
A formal complaint was filed against 71 persons during this time. Additionally, a fine of Rs 17 lakh was gathered.

On Tuesday, a raid campaign against electricity defaulters and theft was carried out in the Jamshedpur Circle area. Under the direction of Jamshedpur Electrical General Manager Shravan Kumar, this campaign was executed in four electrical divisions of the Jamshedpur Circle.
Information was provided by Electricity General Manager Shravan Kumar, who stated that 531 homes were searched in the Jamshedpur Circle. Of those, 71 persons were the subject of formal complaints filed at different police stations, and a fine of Rs 17 lakh was collected from them.
