Jamshedpur News: Tata motors to reinstate 225 workers in the first quarter, according to the list of 900 permanent employees

On Wednesday, the list of Tata Motors temporary hires who will become permanent will be made public. The management and the union have held their last round of discussions on this. In the first year, 900 temporary positions are to be converted to permanent positions. 225 temporary workers will become permanent every three months. At the same time, a list of 900 will be made public.

In three years, 2700 temporary workers will become permanent employees.
The first 225 of these will be put back in. Every three months after that, a list of those who will be reinstated will also be made public. 225 of the 900 will be reintroduced in the first quarter, and another 225 every three months after that. In the second year, a list of 900 temporary workers will be released. In three years, 2700 temporary employees will undergo the permanentization procedure.

Bonus would be given to convoy drivers. Convoy drivers for Tata Motors will receive bonuses. Bonus benefits will be awarded to 749 group in-charges and 975 listed drivers. In this regard, Labour Superintendent Avinash Thakur has directed that the drivers get their yearly bonuses on behalf of the Labour Department. Notice to pay bonus has been provided to all 11 transporters.

Tata Motors chassis are only delivered by transport companies.
Only transport companies are used for the delivery of Tata Motors chassis. This warning was distributed to the convoy drivers’ representatives who met with the Labour Superintendent on Tuesday. On this occasion, in attendance were Gyansagar Prasad, Harishankar Prasad, Jaspal Singh, Jaiprakash Singh, Baldev Singh, Jugal Prasad, Trilochan Singh, Mohammad Salim, Mohammad Ishtiaq, Sukhdev Singh, Baijnath Prasad, and Bhagwan Singh.
