Sheikh Tajuddin from Kapali Gausnagar was attacked and killed with sticks and rods on December 8th in Sapadagaon. The attack happened in the area covered by the Adityapur police station. This has caused groups like the People’s Forum and social worker Sarfaraz Hussain to get involved and ask for justice.
The Jharkhand Minority Commission heard about what happened from Sarfaraz Hussain and created a special team to look into Sheikh Tajuddin’s death. This team went to his family’s house to see how they were doing and help them. They’re still trying to figure out why Sheikh Tajuddin was attacked and who did it. It’s been forty days since Sheikh Tajuddin died and his family says they still haven’t gotten justice or any money to help them. The People’s Forum and Sarfaraz Hussain are also pushing for answers and want to see those responsible held accountable.
