Under the jurisdiction of the Sitaramdera police station in Jamshedpur’s East Singhbhum district, Taklu Lohar, a resident of Chhayanagar, was fatally shot by four petty offenders riding a bike near the Sahu Hotel in Bhuiandih. His coworkers brought him to MGM Hospital for treatment after the incident, and he was referred to TMH for better treatement. He passed away here while receiving care at TMH. City SP Mukesh Kumar Lunayat visited TMH after receiving the information and asked the family members for information regarding the situation.
Manas, the eyewitness, stated that he had gone to have the car fixed with Taklu and some other friends. As he bent over to jack up the car, four robbers on two bikes emerged from the bus stand, their faces covered and they started shooting randomly. A young man was caught by them, but he shot at them as well. The bullet missed, grazing his hand.
