The Intermediate Trained Assistant Teacher or Intermediate Urdu Trained Teacher posts are 100% moribund cadre (abolished), and the Graduate Trained Assistant Teacher Cadre is 50% moribund cadre (filled by direct appointment), according to a recent letter from the Directorate of Primary Education regarding teacher promotions. The story has been told. The Jharkhand State Urdu Teachers Association’s Central General Secretary, Amin Ahmed, stated that Urdu teacher positions were established during Bihar’s unification.
