A group of young people from Ranchi filed a complaint at the SC-ST police station on Wednesday, claiming that Sudhir Chaudhary’s remarks had offended not just Hemant Soren but the entire tribal community. The complaint states that “Hemant Soren will have to go back 40 years and live as a tribal in the forest” was stated by Sudhir Chaudhary on his show. This, according to the complainant, clearly shows that Sudhir Chaudhary is a victim of caste hatred.

The complainant has requested that Sudhir Chaudhary be prosecuted under the SC-ST Atrocities Prevention Act-1989. It’s time to put him in jail.
