Jharkhand: With the arrest of JMM leader Hemant Soren, Jharkhand politics have become more intense. Champai Soren is the Chief Minister, but his majority has not yet been established. JMM MLAs are continuing the rebellious tone at the same time. Lobin Hembram opposed Champai Soren, stating that whereas Shibu and Hemant Soren had been victorious from Santhal Pargana and were appointed Chief Ministers, Champai Soren, who emerged victorious from Kolhan, needed to be appointed Chief Minister on this particular day.

After the arrest of Hemant Soren, the command of power in Jharkhand is now with Champai Soren. Champai Soren took oath as Chief Minister on Friday. Although they have yet to prove their majority on the floor on February 5, but before that there are signs of a big game in Jharkhand again. That is because there has been a split in the party. Senior Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) leader and Borio MLA Lobin Hembram has rebelled against the party. After Hemant Soren went to jail, Lobin Hembram has broken ties with the party. Along with this, he has even threatened to see Chief Minister Champai Soren.

Why was Champai made CM: Lobin Hembram
JMM MLA from Borio Lobin Hembram took oath from Bhognadih, the birthplace of immortal martyr Sidho-Kanhu, and announced breaking ties with the party. Lobin Hembram said why no MLA from Santhal Pargana was made the Chief Minister, instead Champai Soren of Kolhan was made the Chief Minister, whom Guruji (Shibu Soren) does not like.

Lobin Hembram claimed that JMM had been taken over by external leaders and he was against Pakur MLA Alamgir Alam and Garhwa MLA Mithilesh Thakur. The time is not far off when Bangladeshi infiltrators will take control of JMM. JMM is no longer a tribal party as of late.
