Jharkhand’s Littipara Women Empowered Through “Sakhi Didi” Program

A special program called “Sakhi Didi Seedha Samvad” was held in Littipara on Tuesday. The event, which means “Direct Dialogue with Women Friends,” aimed to empower women in the area.

Empowering Women in Littipara

The program took place at the block campus and was started by MLA Hemlal Murmu and BDO Sanjay Kumar. Both attended as important guests. The main goal was to give women in Littipara more power and opportunities.

MLA Hemlal Murmu spoke highly of the women of Littipara. He pointed out their strength and how well they do, even when things are hard. He said, “The women of Littipara are strong; they can grow grass even in stone.” This shows how smart and determined the women in the community are. The Sakhi Didi program helps these women meet, share their stories, and help one another.

Administration Support for Women

BDO Sanjay Kumar also spoke, promising that the government would keep supporting programs that help women. The program included talks about things that matter to the women. These included ways to make a living, healthcare, and education. The women shared their own stories and problems, which helped them feel like they were all in this together and could support each other.
