ASP Jharkhand demands Dalits and Minorities Lok Sabha tickets based on the population

Chief Minister Champai Has Received A Letter From Kashif Raza, President of the Azad Samaj Party (K) in Jharkhand State. In it, he demanded that Muslims and Dalits receive tickets to the upcoming Lok Sabha elections based on population.

He stated that Chief Minister Champai Soren recently decided to conduct a caste census in Jharkhand. It would be greatly appreciated. The percentage of Muslims in Jharkhand is fifteen percent, and the percentage of Dalits is approximately thirteen percent.

In Jharkhand, there is only one Lok Sabha seat reserved for Dalits, even though Muslims and Dalits both have a right to two seats each, proportionate to their population. For the past 15 years, Jharkhand has produced no Muslim Members of Parliament. In those seats where Muslim MPs could have won, tickets have not been given to Muslim candidates.

By winning seats held by Muslims and Dalits, members of castes with relatively low population numbers in Jharkhand are becoming MPs. Development for Dalits and Muslims is impossible unless they receive political participation proportionate to their population.

For society to be represented in the modern era and for their representatives to serve as their voice in the house, you are kindly asked to make sure that the Alliance provides tickets to at least two Dalit and two Muslim candidates running for office in Jharkhand in the 2024 Lok Sabha Elections.

So far in the investigation, it has been established that Bihar is somehow related to the paper leak. Chennai is connected to some of the conspiracy’s links as well. In this case, the police had taken into custody over two dozen people, but the investigation is still ongoing. Under such circumstances, the Jharkhand Assembly Under Secretary Mohammad Shamim and his two sons, will be detained in connection with the paper leak.

When the court gives its approval, Mohammad Shamim will be put under question.

Speculations of Bihar officials to be involved in the leak

It is believed that a large number of Bihar government officials are connected to the question paper leak case. Candidate Pawan Kumar was sent by Under Secretary of the Jharkhand Assembly Mohd. Shamim to Patna on the evening of January 25. There, the people in attendance gave him the question paper and forced him to study. After studying all day and all night, he was dispatched from Patna on the morning of January 27. Pawan went straight to the Dhanbad centre from there to take the test. This has been discovered during the Ranchi Police SIT’s investigation.

Additionally, SIT has discovered proof that Candidate Pawan gave the Under Secretary two blank checks. In this case, SIT is enlisting the assistance of Technical Cell. The identity of the owner of the mobile number Pawan had spoken from is being investigated.

WhatsApp messages were also found in relation to the leak

Mohamed Shamim, the Under Secretary, and his two sons’ confiscated cell phones were examined by SIT. The Under Secretary had gotten in touch with a number of candidates, including a girl from Ranchi, according to information the SIT gathered from the mobile investigation. Via WhatsApp chat, the girl and the Under Secretary had a discussion. It stated that he would need to travel to Patna in order to read the exam.

In addition, via a WhatsApp chat, the Under Secretary had discussed the question paper with his two sons. In the process of looking into the mobile devices, the SIT discovered numerous numbers, which they are currently looking into.
