Hazaribagh News: Major accident in Hazaribagh, Five people of the same family injured, one dead.
Hazaribagh: News of a major accident has come from Hazaribagh. According to the information received, a major road accident has occurred on NH-33 in Hazaribagh area. This accident happened in Ichak block. Five people of the same family have been injured in the incident. While one died. Regarding the incident, Baijnath Soni told that we along with the entire family were going to have breakfast after parking the Maruti car on NH-33 at Ichak Mod, when the Hiwa hit the car hard from behind. The injured have been admitted to Sheikh Bhikhari Medical College, Hazaribagh. The woman who died in the road accident has been identified as Khushboo Kumari, father of Sahdev Oraon of Lota village. At the same time, his injured brother Rakesh Lakra is also undergoing treatment in Sadar Hospital.

Ranchi Update: ED issues 9th summons to CM Hemant Soren, directs him to appear between 27th and 31st January.
Ranchi: ED has issued 9th summons to Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren. ED has asked him to appear for further questioning in connection with the money laundering investigation in the land scam. The Central Investigation Agency has so far arrested 14 people in this case. Chhavi Ranjan has worked as Director of the State Social Welfare Department and Deputy Commissioner of Ranchi. Bishnu Aggarwal has his own shopping mall in Ranchi.

Dhanbad News: Dead body of girl found in mutual fund office in Dhanbad, suspicion of murder.
Ranchi/Desk: The body of a girl, missing since January 21 in Dhanbad, was recovered in suspicious condition from a private mutual fund company in Shriram Plaza building of Bank Mod police station area. The body was brought to SNMMCH hospital. Where the doctors declared him dead. The police took the body into custody and sent it for post-mortem.

Jamshedpur News: “Awareness Rath” a farmer awareness campaign about government schemes.
Jamshedpur: In an effort to better inform farmers about government welfare programmes, the Birsa Kisan Awareness Rath was launched by Senior Superintendent of Police Kishore Kaushal and Deputy Commissioner Manjunath Bhajantri at the Collectorate.The chariot is intended to pass through every block’s Panchayat, strategically getting to even the most isolated settlements. Manjunath Bhajantri, the district magistrate, advised staff to arrange farmer seminars and stressed the significance of reaching these remote areas. The purpose of these seminars is to educate people about the different public welfare programmes that the government has started.
Soil health, organic farming, water management, seed treatment, mechanisation, farmer credit cards, fish farming, animal immunisation, and soil health card distribution are some of the major subjects addressed by the awareness campaign. The goal is to give farmers the information they need to improve their farming methods and make the most out of government programmes.
District Magistrate Bhajantri emphasised the importance of Kisan Goshti (farmer meetings) and underlined that the main focus of these meetings will be solving technical issues in farming. Hazaribagh News: Accident caused death of one person and five members of the same family injured

Ranchi News: FIR lodged against CRPF, Bhim Army and JMM
FIR was filed accusing CRPF officers, JMM and Bhim Army of “violating” prohibition orders while ED was interrogating Soren on 22 JAN 2024. According to an official, the FIR was filed at the Gonda police station on Sunday. What is the political move behind this?
Near Soren’s official residence, where he was questioned on Saturday from 7 am to 11 pm, the district administration had enforced prohibitory orders under Section 144, which forbade any form of protest, the carrying of weapons, and public gatherings.
A day after Chief Minister Hemant Soren was questioned by the Directorate of Enforcement for over seven hours regarding a money laundering case, the FIR was filed on Sunday night under sections 188 (disobedience to order by public servant) and 353 (assault or criminal force to deter public servant from discharge of his duty), among other sections.
Ranchi SP According to Chandan Sinha, “We filed a formal complaint on Sunday after CM Soren was questioned by a duty magistrate who was supervising the law-and-order situation in Ranchi on Saturday. Allegations state that the deployment of the CRPF was not coordinated with the district administration. Additionally, CRPF employees disobeyed prohibitionary orders (CrPC Section 144).
Government of Jharkhand has imposed section 143 and section 188 on BHIM Army and Jharkhand Mukti Morcha. To make it easier for the readers to understand section 143 and 188 is bailable and the person/organization can easily get bail by visiting the police station.
While government of jharkhand has imposed section 143, section 188 and section 353 on CRPF. While the first two sections could easily be granted bail but section 353 will cause long run of the case and might result into non bailable jail term for the CRPF personnel responsible.

Jamshedpur News: Road Safety Awareness Chariot flagged off by DC Jamshedpur
The awareness chariot was flagged off from the Collectorate premises as part of the Road Safety Month, which is scheduled to take place from January 15, 2024 to February 14, 2024.
The awareness chariot will go around the district’s blocks, educating people about traffic safety. Throughout the month-long awareness campaign, schoolchildren participated in a road safety quiz competition, bus driver-conductor health checks, overloading campaigns, vehicle inspections, and street dramas and brochures were distributed. The general public is being made aware of this.
