Adityapur: The campaign to reclaim the land owned by the Housing Board began as soon as the deadline expired on Wednesday. But, former councillor Rinku Rai attempted to protest once more; however, this time she was unsuccessful, and the police detained her. In addition to him, someone by the name of Virendra Singh has also been detained. It should be noted that the Housing Board has been unable to provide the allottees of the land in Road Nos. 13–14 of Ward 31 of Adityapur Municipal Corporation possession of the land for years.
The local population’s opposition was the cause of this. The Allottee then went to the High Court. Following the High Court’s directives, the administration exhibited strictness. Finally, on Wednesday, after two attempts, the administration reached out to Lav-Lashkar once more to take possession, at which point the campaign was launched.
The Housing Board Deployed Three JCBs To Ensure The Campaign’s Success. Simultaneously, the siege work began in full force. The Administration Was Under Siege From Every Angle. Nonetheless, no one protested anywhere due to the administrative strictness. Throughout the entire episode, a BJP leader has placed blame on former councillor Rinku Rai. He accused the former councillor of deceiving the public for five years in exchange for the aforementioned land. He said that the PIL on the aforementioned land that was filed in the high court was improperly filed. In exchange, the ex-councilor merely engaged in political games and deceived the public.
