The Aam Aadmi Party or AAP made a complaint to the Election Commission of India against the Bharatiya Janata Party or BJP They say the BJP shared a video that is not accurate on social media The video shows roads with lots of potholes and claims they are in Delhi but AAP says those roads are really in Faridabad Haryana This happened while the Model Code of Conduct is in place which means there are rules about what political parties can do during elections.
The AAP complaint says the BJP used this video on purpose to give people the wrong idea and make AAP look bad They think the video is supposed to make voters believe that roads are not good in Delhi because of AAP They say it breaks the Model Code of Conduct which is about fair elections AAP wants the Election Commission to do something about this and punish the BJP for what they did.
This whole thing shows that things are tense between the two parties and how hard it is to know what’s true in politics especially during campaigns AAP wants the Election Commission to take action against the BJP They think its important to be careful about what people see on social media because they might not be true and the decision by the Election Commission is important now.
