Rampur science students visited Aligarh Muslim University’s physics department for a science program, it was all about learning new things and being creative. They wanted to see what AMU offers and hear about all the science achievements from the past.
They showed the students all the labs and research stuff, and talked about the government ways to go further in science. A short film showed India’s progress in nuclear stuff and how AMU helped. They got to understand the real uses of physics like liquid crystal materials.
The students got to see nuclear lab with spectrometers and equipment and electronics and optics experiments done by faculty. The school principal was very thankful for the experience and wants more programs like this in the future, it was a good outreach activity.
