BJP Accused of Faking Delhi Road Video; Footage Actually From BJP-Ruled Haryana

BJP Accused of Faking Delhi Road Video Footage Act

The BJP put out a video showing bad roads and flooding in Delhi aiming to criticize the Aam Aadmi Party who runs the city. The video featured young women in an auto-rickshaw having trouble on a very rough, flooded street. The BJP’s social media accounts shared this to show how the AAP government was failing at basic maintenance.

After the video went public the Aam Aadmi Party looked into it. They found out the video wasn’t even from Delhi at all it was from a city in Haryana called Faridabad. This city is actually run by the BJP the party that released the video. It turns out the BJP used a fake video that wasn’t even in the city they were criticizing.

This made people very upset with the BJP. The AAP claims the BJP made up the video on purpose to make their party look bad. The BJP hasn’t talked about this at all. People are saying the BJP intentionally lied to hurt their political rivals which has caused a lot of negative public response.
