BSP Leader Jumps Ship to Bhim Army in Uttar Pradesh on Mayawati’s Birthday

In Nawabganj Bareilly the Bahujan Samaj Party or BSP had a rough time when their assembly president Veerpal Sagar left to join the Bhim Army It happened on BSP leader Mayawati’s birthday Some other BSP folks like Shahid Singhania Pappu Ansari and Ramesh Gangwar also went with Sagar They all announced the switch at a public meeting in Puragram Bhagwatipur

The event was set up by village head Daftarkhan and big names from the Bhim Army were there like Mandal President Vikas Babu Advocate District President Sushil Kumar Gautam and a senior leader Dr Mev Khurshid Khan They used this meeting to talk about why they left the BSP and welcome the new members to the Bhim Army They talked about the beliefs of important leaders and what Bhim Army founder Chandrashekhar Azad and National President Vinay Ratan Singh have done for people who are often forgotten

This move shows that some people in the BSP aren’t happy and it’s a win for the Bhim Army who are trying to get more power in the area When leaders like Sagar leave it can shake things up locally It looks like the Bhim Army took advantage of the situation to help groups that don’t have much say in things by bringing in these new members
