Jharkhand Minority Panel Probes Mob Lynching Visit

A four-member team from the State Minority Commission will visit Tajuddin’s family in Kapali on Monday January 13th. This visit is because Tajuddin was killed in a mob lynching in Sapada village near the Aditya Pur police station. Hidayatullah Khan is leading the commission’s investigation to find out what happened. The team wants to talk to Tajuddin’s family to hear their side of the story and look into all parts of the case.

The team’s main job is to learn more about the event and what happened after. They want to get first hand information by meeting with the family. They’re also planning to meet with local government officials in Kapali to check on how the investigation is going and give any needed instructions. All of this is to make sure the mob lynching is reviewed carefully and fairly.

The goal of this investigation by the State Minority Commission is to really understand how things happened leading to Tajuddin’s death and to see if there were any bigger problems that caused it. The commission wants to help the family and also try to prevent similar things from happening again. At the end, they will give an official report and will look at what actions have been taken already.
