Kashmir Tightens Security Ahead of PM Modi’s Visit; Checks Increase

Kashmir Tightens Security Ahead of PM Modis Visit

Security forces in Kashmir are doing more cleaning and patrols before Prime Minister Modi visits on Sunday. They’re putting more guards in places that might be at risk especially in Ganderbal district where the new tunnel will open. There will be more checkpoints at busy spots and they’re checking people more often to try and stop any problems while the Prime Minister is there.

These security steps are to make sure everything’s safe before the Prime Minister opens the Z-Morh tunnel. There are more police and soldiers around because they want to make sure no one causes trouble. They’re also checking cars and keeping an eye on main roads and sensitive areas. This is happening across many areas as part of the plan for the visit.

The extra security includes more people working, more checkpoints, and random checks. They are doing this to keep things safe for the Prime Minister and his visit. They want to stop anyone they think might cause trouble. All of this extra security started on Sunday before the Prime Minister’s trip to Kashmir.
