The report is based on data from 2023. It is noteworthy that in 2022, Bengaluru was ranked the second most congested city in the world.

In 2023, it took an average of 28 minutes 10 seconds to travel 10 kilometers in Bengaluru.

According to the report, Bengaluru residents now spend 132 hours a year in traffic.

The average speed of vehicles during peak traffic hours in Bengaluru in 2023 was 18 kilometers per hour.

This means that Bengaluru residents wasted about 132 hours in traffic in a year.

London was the most congested city in the world in 2023, according to the report.

The average speed in London was just 14 kilometers per hour. Other cities in the top five most congested cities were Dublin, Ireland (16 kilometers per hour), Toronto, Canada (18 kilometers per hour), Milan, Italy (17 kilometers per hour), and Lima, Peru (17 kilometers per hour).

Pune is the seventh most congested city in the world, according to TomTom’s list.

It takes an average of 27 minutes 50 seconds to travel 10 kilometers in Pune and the average speed is 19 kilometers per hour. Pune is followed by Bucharest, Manila and Brussels.

According to the report, the Indian capital Delhi is ranked 44th among the most congested cities, with an average speed of 24 kilometers per hour during peak traffic hours.

The country’s financial capital, Mumbai, is ranked 54th in the world in this list.

The worst traffic jam in Bengaluru occurred on September 27 last year, when it took an average of 32 minutes to travel 10 kilometers.

TomTom’s Traffic Index covers 387 cities in 55 countries. The report also assesses the cost of fuel and carbon emissions in countries.
