Poor Attendance record
A number of Members of Parliament did not bother to attend the Parliament’s proceedings, according to their attendance records. Stats show attendance record as low as 1%. Does this justify the fact that people who represent a constituency should be given such easiness when it comes to conducting business in the parliament.
