Telangana CM Seeks Global Investment in Singapore

Telangana’s Chief Minister Revanth Reddy is going on a trip overseas from January 16th to 22nd. He’s heading to Singapore first from the 16th to the 19th to meet with investors from all over the world. The main goal of this is to bring more investments into Telangana. After that, he will be in Davos, Switzerland for the World Economic Forum from the 20th to the 22nd. That’s a big event where global leaders talk about important issues.

Before he left, on January 13th, the Chief Minister checked in with officials from the Industries department at his house. They talked about how well companies that had already agreed to invest in Telangana last year were doing. They looked at where those investments are now and how those companies are operating in the state. This review was to see if their past efforts to get investments were working and to figure out what they can improve.

During the meeting the Chief Minister mentioned Telangana has gotten over 40000 crore rupees in investments. This was probably to show that Telangana is a good place to invest and how much it could grow economically. These meetings with the officials and the trips show that the Telangana government is actively trying to bring in more investments and make their economy stronger.
