Telangana Court Ends 66-Year Nizam Property Battle, Finds No Land Existed

Telangana Court Ends 66Year Nizam Property Battle

The Telangana High Court finished a really old case on January 9th It was about some property stuff from way back in the Nizam era and it had been going on for 66 years. It started in 1953 when a lady named Sultana Jahan Begum wanted her share of some land she said her dad got.

But the court figured out there was actually no land there at all. The judges said there wasn’t any real property to divide up or give to anyone. So basically the whole case was about land that didn’t exist. The case had been through a lot of legal stuff over all those years too.

This decision wraps everything up for good. It means that no one can claim they own the land based on that old lawsuit anymore. It gives a final answer and stops any more fights about those particular properties.
