Telangana Gets National Turmeric Board to Boost Fa

The National Turmeric Board started up on Tuesday January 14th in Nizamabad Telangana India. The big boss of commerce Piyush Goyal kicked it off. They made this board to help with turmeric farming and all the money stuff that goes with it. Palle Gangareddy a BJP guy and a turmeric farmer is the new chairman for three years.

The board’s main plan is to make turmeric farming better especially in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. They want to help farmers and make better turmeric too. Minister Goyal thinks turmeric exports can grow a lot. The board will probably do research help farmers and try to sell more turmeric.

This new board is the government trying to help farmers that grow turmeric. Having a BJP leader as chairman shows that politics is part of it too. What the board actually does in the next few years will be important to watch. We will see if it works to help farmers and the turmeric business in the area.
