CJP Founder Alarmed: Social Media Accounts Hacked, Youth Dissent Suppressed
The Cockroach Janata Party (CJP) has rapidly gained national attention after its founder, Abhijeet Dipke, alleged that the party's social media accounts were hacked. In a video message, Dipke questioned why politicians fear youth dissent and why accounts were suspended over differing opinions. He accused the central government of ignoring Chinese border aggression while targeting citizens instead.
Dipke also criticized Prime Minister Modi, calling him a coward and challenging him to hold press conferences. He urged the government not to fear youth satire and encouraged young people to support the movement. The CJP was founded on May 15, following controversial remarks by Chief Justice Suryakant, who compared unemployed youth to "cockroaches" and "parasites." This sparked widespread anger, leading to the party's creation.
Abhijeet Dipke, a 30-year-old public relations student at Boston University, founded the CJP. The party's motto is "Secular, Socialist, Democratic, Lazy," targeting frustrated youth. Within a day, it gained about 100,000 members, with 43,000 followers on X and 740,000 on Instagram. The CJP criticizes power and aims to represent youth frustrations against systemic issues.
