APCR Delegation in Bihar: Demanding Justice for Lynching Victims

An APCR delegation visited families of mob lynching victims in Bihar's Madhubani and Siwan districts. They demanded justice for Roshan Khatoon, fatally assaulted on 25 February 2026; Qayoom, killed on 13 January 2026; and Shahzad Ali, abducted and lynched. The team assessed investigation progress, provided legal aid, and called for arrests, compensation, and accountability.
