Tragedy in Chandil: 24-Hour Search Ends in Recovery of Drowning Victim

After 24 hours, rescuers found the body of Prem Kumar, a 23-year-old from Jamshedpur, who had drowned in the Chandil river near Zayada Ghat temple. He was visiting the temple with a friend and went to bathe in the river when strong currents swept him away. The NDRF team recovered the body.
