Jamshedpur: Woman Tricked While Buying Vegetables, Robbed of Jewelry and Cash

A shocking fraud occurred in Jamshedpur's Telco area. Sangita Mahanta, wife of a Tata Motors employee, was duped by unknown men while buying vegetables. The criminals gained her trust, then took her gold chain, ring, cash, phone, and house key under the pretext of security. They fled the scene. After realizing the fraud, she alerted police, who arrived and began investigating. CCTV footage is being reviewed to identify the suspects. Police expressed confidence in making arrests soon.
