Firozabad Infanticide: Man Kills 18-Month-Old After Mother Rejects Marriage Proposal

In Firozabad, Uttar Pradesh, a 24-year-old man, Jitendra Pathak alias Viraj, was arrested for allegedly killing 18-month-old Aarav. Police stated Viraj had repeatedly proposed to the child's mother, Rati Devi, but she refused. He allegedly took Aarav to a deserted area and threw him onto the road. Viraj was caught after a police shootout.
